Mobile Diamond Cut Repair

Get your diamond cut wheels repaired on the go wherever you are using our fully mobile service. Our state of the art van actually has a full built in lathe and spray booth to repair diamond cut alloys fully. Typically refurbishment takes 1-2 hours.

The process is simple, the wheel is removed by us and cleaned. Once prepped, it is placed in our lathe and the smallest amount of metal is skimmed off, removing the damage.

The wheel is then placed in the spray booth and lacquered, sealing in the bare aluminum. The tyre remains on the wheel during the whole process eliminating any need for rebalancing. For our full dipping and powder coating service follow this link.
